So, rather than appearance, you should focus more on building strength. Our confidence comes from all these strengths combined. Strength can be defined in terms of our emotional, mental and physical abilities to face challenges thrown by life. Doesn’t matter what is your color, race, sex, or gender, everyone can surely aspire to become stronger and be the best potential version of oneself. While parameters of attractiveness for both men and women are ever changing, the constant that remains at the core of every individual is strength. The ways how appearance is defined have been evolving over time.
